Mia Scott, D.O., Practice Owner
Dr. Scott completed medical school at Midwestern University in Chicago, and completed her family practice residency in Denver, CO. She then joined Apex Family Medicine in 1998 and assumed ownership in 2002. Her humanitarian approach towards patient care allows her to establish healthcare partnerships with her patients that continue through the years and within families. Dr. Scott is committed to embracing diversity and provides comprehensive healthcare to the whole community. Her dedication to her patients includes attention to detail, staying informed on the latest technology in family medicine and HIV/AIDS care. She is thorough , compassionate and caring towards her patients, encouraging them to make educated decisions in their care.
Michael Mohr, D.O.
Dr. Mohr joined Apex in September 2002. He takes a Holistic approach to his patients healthcare. He enjoys educating patients about all aspects of their health and strives to provide quality healthcare to all individuals. He has a friendly and outgoing personality and his areas of interest include preventative medicine and osteopathic treatments for musculoskeletal pain.
Paul Mack, P.A-C.
Paul is a Denver native who graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelors of Science in Clinical Health Science as well as his Physician Assistant degree in 1998. Prior to this, Paul was a Denver paramedic for many years. His current areas of interest include: family medicine, HIV and infectious disease medicine. Paul initially joined Apex Family Medicine in 2001. In 2005, he accepted an infectious disease position in North Dakota and relocated. Paul returned to Denver in 2006 and joined an internal medicine practice. Fortunately, he and Dr. Scott remained in contact and Paul returned "home" to Apex in January of 2007. Paul's outside interests include reading, paintball and scuba diving. His open approach to health care is a partnership between he and his patients. He embraces diversity and is comprehensive in his practice of medicine.
Chloe Bailey, P.A-C.
Chloe is health practitioner who provides, holistic, individualized medicine with an interest of not only improving the health and wellness of the individual but also of the community. She provides care based on wellness promotion and is open and communicative with her patients. Chloe, like all of the providers at APEX, embraces diversity and encourages openness and communication with her patients. When she is not in the office, you may find her skiing, hiking, or traveling the world! Chloe enjoys travel and volunteering internationally with global HIV/AIDS/public health projects.
